Amazing stay in Makkah! 🕌✨
Honestly, the brekkie was a total treat! Fresh juices and a killer variety. I also loved how the staff were super attentive—shoutout to my chommies who made everything feel lekker! Plus, the location is just a quick stroll to the Haram, so it’s a real bonus!
Ag man, the check-in felt a bit slow, had to wait longer than I’d liked.

The breakfast selections had a delightful range of fresh salads and local flavors that truly tantalized my taste buds! Amin Rahman in the cafeteria turned breakfast time into a feast with his warm energy. The smooth check-in process kept my vibe on point right from the start.
The TV's internet connectivity was a bit flaky, causing some interruptions. Plus, hot water was a game of patience—inconsistent at best.

great convenience but some improvements needed
The housekeeping was excellent. My room remained spotless throughout my 8-night stay thanks to Mr Zacky Mohamed on the 18th floor. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options, including daily fresh juice, which I appreciated. The fast elevator to the Haram made access incredibly convenient, enhancing my overall experience. I also enjoyed the breathtaking city view from my room, which added to my stay.
The lack of a microwave in the room was a minor inconvenience.

The Deluxe Room City View offers a breathtaking panorama that should not be missed, making it a highlight of any stay. The fast elevator to the Haram is a major convenience, significantly reducing travel time and making daily pilgrimages easier.
On arrival, the room wasn’t ready, forcing me to leave my bags in the lobby while I went to perform Umrah, which didn’t sit right—freshening up before was the plan. The location proved tricky for drivers as the main road was often closed, leading to a roundabout pickup situation that could be frustrating, especially after a long day.
